Booking policy
Please review these policies before sending an inquiry or scheduling your appointment.
Deposits are nonrefundable and only one reschedule is allowed per deposit.
If you are unsure of when you’d like to reschedule to, you have one year to utilize your deposit.
Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment may result in a forfeit of your deposit.
Your appointment is not set in stone, and I will not draw any sort of mockup unless I’ve received a deposit.
I send finalized designs at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you approve of the design prior to the appointment, then want something added or changed when you come in, my hourly rate begins at the time of redrawing.
Arriving 20 minutes late will result in a $50 late fee, and an hour late will result in an additional hourly fee.
